1. What is Tettenhall Media’s refund policy?
Our official return policy for all Tettenhall Media services is as follows:
Tettenhall Media will, at its discretion, allow for the refund of web hosting services provided within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days all sales are final. Your money will be returned as store credits. You can utilize the store credit for future orders or you can request to cash out the credit to your local bank accounts.
There is no refund for domain names, once the name is registered, you cannot request for a money back or cancel your order. You will be the owner of the domain till the next renewal term. Meanwhile if needed, you can transfer the domain ownership. Please contact support for more info regarding domain transfer.
2. How are customer enquiries handled?
When a customer reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to offer customer support for the service. Tettenhall Media will then review the services to see if a purchaser qualifies for a refund, based on services provided. Please Note: Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
3. What is the policy for refunds requested within 30 days?
Customers requesting a refund within 30 days of purchase will be approved by our customer service team if the customer has purchased a service that qualify for a money back guarantee.
4. Is there any other reason why a sale might be reversed?
Tettenhall Media has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality services and customer support. At times, we may reverse a sale in order to comply with: credit card industry rules, PayPal terms of service, UK law and requests from verified UK judiciary or law enforcement agents.
